Children in military families often face unique circumstances, such as frequent relocations, long deployments, and the stress of a parent’s absence. At the same time, there are also many rewarding experiences and strengths that come from being part of a military family. We’ll look at both the challenges (the lows) and the strengths (the highs) of being a military-connected child, along with tips for managing both.
