360 Summit NISD S2S

MCEC is conducting a Student 2 Student (S2S) training for K-12 schools. S2S is a student-led program that brings military and civilian students together to welcome new students, create a positive environment, support academic excellence, and ease transitions.

Training Objectives: 

• Understand why S2S is needed in schools
• Identify the challenges students face as they transition in or out of school 
• Understand the S2S Core Values: Leadership, Finding the Way, Academics, Service, Relationships and 100% Acceptance 
• Have a plan to build a strong S2S.

This is designed for school groups. Breakfast and lunch are provided. 

Deadline to register is TBD. (Parents must register students.) 

Continuing Education Credits: 

Upon completion of the post-training survey, participants may apply for continuing education credits. CEU credit applications must be received within 12 months from the completion of the training.
